The Kaodim Guarantee for air con servicing is as follows:
Kaodim will either:
(a) reimburse the Service User up to one hundred percent (100%) of the amount paid to the Service Professional provided that amount does not exceed the amount stated in the service package of the air-con servicing request in question, following an investigation which may include enquiries with the Service Professional (“Reimbursement”); or
(b) alternatively, Kaodim will have the applicable service re-performed by the same Service Professional. If the Service User elects to have the service re-performed and the Service User is still not satisfied with the service after it has been re-performed, Kaodim will provide the Reimbursement to the Service User by bank transfer to the bank account details as provided by the Service User.
In order to be eligible for the Kaodim Guarantee, the Service User must submit the Kaodim Guarantee Claim Form within seven days (7) days of the date the Service request was submitted
The amount of the Kaodim Guarantee only covers any payment the Service User made to the Service Professional within the scope and time frame of the original Service request submitted on the Kaodim Service. It does not cover Services performed as a result of a variation, extension, repetition or recurrence of the original Service request. The Kaodim Guarantee does not apply to any other cost, liability, damage, injury or claim arising from or in connection with the Service performed by the Service Professionals. For clarity, the Kaodim Guarantee only applies to Service fees or labour cost and does not apply to governmental taxes and any payments made for goods, items, materials and solely applies to payments made for the Service Professional to perform the Service.
Provision of this compensation is a discretionary and gratuitous gesture of goodwill on the part of Kaodim and does not in any way create any liability towards the performance of Services rendered by the Service Professional.
